- Shipping is available across all major cities and towns in Pakistan.
International Shipping
- We proudly ship worldwide.
- Delivery time: 12-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided).
Delivery Delays
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, or courier services are beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. TELI is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
